Authenticity and trustworthiness are the basic requirements when working with people. As consultants, we can only fulfil these requirements when each one of us is aware of his own individuality and can appropriately adjust himself according to the participants and situation. Additionally, our work demands a huge amount of togetherness which is expressed in joint training and in our self-conception. 

The “Inner Circle” plays an important role within the company. It allows us the opportunity to reflect on ourselves, our work performance as well as advise one another as colleagues.
