Also employed in banking as a Personnel Coach in senior staff development, remaining in the same company to become Head of the Development/Training Division.

Visiting lecturer for management and corporate development at the University of Wuppertal.

In 1993, he founded the management consultancy Arentz & Partner based in Düsseldorf.
